Office Rooftop Makeover | Preloved to be Loved

This is an office rooftop renovation for a baby product company. Initially, the rooftop was a place for the employees to have lunch during their lunch break. However, the company would like us to design and turn this rooftop into a more fascinating and diverse rooftop.

The following was before the renovation:

This project also invites the employees to participate in the renovation. Not only does this establish a positive relationship between employees. It also brings a sense of achievement, satisfaction, and belonging for the employees.

The company's (unused) products are used and refurbished for the renovation, giving the company's "waste" a new look and usage.

Above are the unused baby bathtub turning into decoration and feature wall.

Drawing patterns on the existing table can use as chessboard entertainment.

Pallets used to receive goods are used to make the gathering area.

Placing employee's baby photos on the wall would remind us that we were all once a baby.

Every employee has a love that needs to be irrigated.

Team cohesion does not only maintain a team but also plays an important role in the development of a team's potential.
